The Founder

The Founder and First Steward.

Sheros M. Thomas is a strategist, builder, real estate developer, author, and speaker dedicated to creating institutions that help enduring ideas outlive their founders. She founded Epiphany Place as a Conservatory for Living Ideas — an enduring institution committed to cultivating, stewarding, and preserving original works that strengthen individuals, families, enterprises, and communities. As Founder and First Steward, Sheros is responsible for establishing the Conservatory’s foundational works, practices, and institutions so they may continue to serve long beyond the founding generation.
